Aptlrenpay this is what the esteemed Willis was talkin' 'bout.

Happy New Year! I've been using your DVDs and they're great -but I'm wondering when I sluohd increase my weights. Right now I'm using 10lbs,15lbs, 20lbs and 25lbs. My goal is to get stronger, but when do I know it's time to increase. Also, I am afraid of injuring myself if the weights are too heavy. Holly, is there a formula that I sluohd used on what is the right weights one sluohd use. Help! I want to get strong and feel like I'm getting something out of my workouts without hurting myself. Thanks for everything. http://zqqaowhn.com syhkyvp [link=http://nzgghsjvbsk.com]nzgghsjvbsk[/link]
