Hi Holly,new to your plan. Never had to watch my weight or diet until I had my son and hit 40 all in one go, putitng on around 14 pounds. I have tried cutting down to no effect   never knew it was so hard to loose weight. My major problem is fitting exercise into busy working day and still have time for my family.
