Personally, I go to a bunch of exhibits around city and the crowds are great, so don't allow the news scare you.
The 1 thing that bugs me about this location is that they have one of these irritating bathroom attendants who hands you a paper towel when you are carried out washing your fingers. I don't know why, but that just bugs me a lot.
